KYOTO artificial grass was developed in order to take advantage of the creation of FLORENCIA artificial grass and the positive changes it brought to the market. KYOTO further builds on this resounding success by incorporating cutting-edge technical improvements and top class qualities that make it a truly unique product on the market

Like the model on which it is based, KYOTO artificial grass is made using 3 different yarns per stitch, with two monofilament yarns of different shapes that provide two distinct recoveries after being stepped on. In addition to this, the fact that it combines four shades of green, which added to the two beige and brown tones of the curled yarns of the root, gives an artificial grass with 6 colours in total, which will amaze you when you see how real it looks

Two critical factors really stand out with the KYOTO model. First and foremost, its impressive 55 millimetre pile height gives this model a more visual edge and greater tactile sensation, which is far superior to any of the other models ( normally manufactured at a pile height of 30-40 mm )

Secondly, in order to make up for this increase in height without losing any resilience or recovery after being stepped on, a yarn of 16,900 DTEX has been used. So essentially, we have increased the thickness of the yarn, especially for the flat shaped fibres

The density of the product has also been increased to 15,850 stitches / m2. The clever design aims to reduce the distance between seams, and the use of curly yarn means greater pressure on the backing of the monofilaments

Thanks to this combination of special features made with careful attention-to-detail, you get a completely unique model of artificial grass exceeding 3,000 gr / m2, which is an absolutely exceptional and unrivalled feat in the industry

The generous amount of yarn, the special types of yarn used, along with its placement and mass, almost make KYOTO grass a type of “fall resistant” safety flooring for children for private or domestic use
